What does the position entail?
We are currently looking for someone to join our team and work with our clients in the Dutch market. You’ll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for various clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, Dutch-speaking individual who will be part of an international team of consultants who are always ready to support you—and we never forget to have fun together!
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate conversations.
- Generate meetings and appointments for our clients.
- Create value for our clients by providing good SQL.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified meetings and continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
Who are you ?
- You have proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales, with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success.
- Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we deliver top-notch services to clients daily.
- Available to work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly).
- It’s a plus if you live in Europe, but it’s not a requirement.
- If you speak German, that’s a huge plus – but not mandatory.
